Technology introduction:
Metal Injection Molding(MIM), as a near-net-shaping technology for manufacturing high-quality precision parts, has incomparable advantages over conventional powder metallurgy methods. MIM can manufacture many parts with complex shape features. The main technical features of this technology include:
1. It can directly form small parts with complex geometric shapes (0.03g~200g);
2. The dimensional accuracy of parts is high (±0.1%~±0.5%), and the surface finish is good (roughness 1~5μm);
3. The relative density of the product is high (95-100%), the structure is uniform, and the performance is excellent;
4. It is suitable for the forming of various powder materials, and the product is widely used;
5. The utilization rate of raw materials is high, the degree of production automation is high, and it is suitable for continuous mass production.
Optional material:
Stellite alloy: ST1、ST4、ST6、ST6K、ST8、ST12、ST19、ST20、ST21、ST31、ST100、ST694、TP80、etc.
Tribaloy alloy: T400、T800、etc.
All materials are with material certificates, in compliance with international material specifications and material substitution levels.
Packaging:
Carton, Wooden Pallets, Polywooden case, or as your requirement.
Application:
Cobalt-nickel-based alloy saw teeth are commonly used in a variety of industries, including metalworking, woodworking and mining. Stellite saw blades are widely used for cutting different woods, including hard woods such as wood, maple, cherry and walnut and soft woods such as pine, spruce and fir, etc., and can also be used for cutting unprocessed wood or unseasoned wood. Stellite saw blades are well suited for properties such as wear and corrosion resistance required for wood cutting.
