Technology introduction:
The impeller is a common component of pumps, valves, and other devices. The materials used are different depending on the use environment. Commonly used metal materials for impellers include aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and cobalt-nickel-based alloys. These metal materials have good strength and corrosion resistance and are suitable for harsh working conditions such as high pressure, high temperature and strong corrosion. Stainless steel impeller has good corrosion resistance, high temperature performance and high strength. Nickel-based alloy impellers have the best corrosion resistance and are suitable for harsh environments such as acid, alkali and high temperatures. Our impeller products are made by investment casting and CNC machining, and can be customized according to customers' drawings.
304/S30400/SUS304 chemical composition:
Fe: Margin; C: ≤0.08; Si: ≤1.0; Mn: ≤2.0; Cr: 18.0~20.0; Ni: 8.0~10.5; S: ≤0.03; P: ≤0.035; N: ≤0.1.
Application:
Compressors, pumps, valves and other devices.
