Technology introduction:
The bushings of the hot-dip galvanizing production line can be made of different material grades (ST4, ST6, ST12, T800) according to customer requirements or actual production conditions. Hot-dip galvanizing is a form of galvanizing. During zinc coating on steel, when the metal is immersed in a bath of molten zinc, the zinc forms a protective coating on the metal surface to prevent further corrosion. In the galvanizing process, some equipment components of the galvanizing line need to work in high-temperature zinc liquid or zinc-aluminum liquid for a long time, so a material that can withstand high temperature, corrosion resistance and wear resistance in the galvanizing process is required. Stellite alloy or T800 alloy perfectly solves this problem and provides a good solution for galvanized production equipment components.
